From working with newborns to geriatrics, we are searching for someone who is dedicated to serving each patients’ individual needs while contributing positively to this tight-knit team. xc2xa0As a Lead you will provide: xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0 evaluation, assessment, non-medical diagnosis, treatment and education to patients according to the audiologists’ respective licensure registration certification xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0 Code of Ethics, and Federal State regulations xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0 technical support to staff in the audiology department to include training, assurance of consistency and standardization of procedures xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0 management of day-to-day staff coverage arrangements to ensure excellent patient care, staff performance management, and to serve as a mentor to staff. *New Hire Incentive $4K and $3K for relocation if moving from 100 miles. xc2xa0 xc2xa0 xc2xa0 xc2xa0 xc2xa0 xc2xa0 The following are not eligible for hiring incentives: Internal candidates Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the followingxc2xa0criteria must be met Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offerxc2xa0letter) Must remain in original department/specialty Must remain in original Job Title Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andxc2xa0may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedxc2xa0in your offer letter. Required Certification/Registration: xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0 Current California Audiologist license xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0 Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year in Audiology xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0 3 years’ experience as an Audiologist xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0 Masters or Doctorate degree in Audiology xc2xa0 Preferred Experience: xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0 At least 4 years of experience as a licensed Audiologist
